No trust in Netcare Plus

Joined Netcare Plus, with first emergency were I needed stitches, the NETCARE hospital was not even able to get hold of them!!!!!! Luckily we had another medical insurance that jumped in and paid the bill.........this happened laste year and to date we were not able to get hold of them. They even got the names of my children wrong on the policy, requested it to be changed last year.....guess what......still waiting.
