No response from medical Aid after countless calls

<p>So my baby went for his 10 week vaccine on the 9 January 2017. It was supposed to come off risk. But only R480 came off risk and the other R1000 came off savings! I called netcare and they said they would call me back. The next day I got a call from Brandon saying his not sure and they only cover government vaccines. So I told him I took my baby for his 6 week vaccine which was the exact vaccine and it was fully covered. He then told me discovery took over the administration of netcare and he needs to get the documents from prime med but he will contact me again because that makes no sense. 2 weeks later still no response. So on Monday the 23 January I contacted netcare again and spoke to someone else. And he told it was supposed to come off risk and his not sure why it didnt but he will re process it and call me.. up until now I still haven't heard from him. I also told him my baby is due for his 14 week vaccine and I need to know if it will be covered and he said his not sure..but it should be. He will tell me once he contacts me. I mean discovery took over but they don't know what's going and they can't even answer simple questions because they have to wait for documents from prime med. That's not my concern they should be fully aware of everything before they take over. But the call centre agents don't have a clue about what's going on. I am so upset and definitely considering getting a new medical aid as this med aid has no clue whato going on! Also my daughters chronic allergy medicine was covered last year with prime med but discovery is now telling me they won't cover it! So this medical aid is no longer benefiting me! I had no idea discovery won't know how to properly do there job! </p>
