No feedback for Out of Hospital PMB Cover since the 28/11/2019!

Good day, Please could someone assist me URGENTLY? I have still had NO feedback from the PMB Department regarding my request for Out of Hospital PMB Funding for Lyme’s Disease, kindly refer to the email dated 31/12/2019, Mail *** and PMB Email ***. An email was also referred to the PMB Department before that time as well on the: 27/12/2019, Mail *** and I also spoke to a consultant Anand telephonically on the same day (27/12/2019), Call ***. I then escalated my complaint to: ***, Mail *** on the 7/12/2019 after still receiving NO feedback, needless to say, they haven’t got back to me either. My very first email (with completed PMB documents as well as blood results) was emailed to the following email addresses: *** and: *** already on the 28/11/2019, Mail ***. I keep getting excuses from everyone and I don’t have the energy to beg and fight the Fund anymore!! Proof of all communication has also been emailed to Netcare Medical Scheme multiple times. Please provide me with written feedback regarding my PMB Application for Out of Hospital cover for Lyme’s Disease (medication and bloods for 1-3 years) as requested multiple times previously – thank you.
