No feedback after 2 emails sent

On 15.09.2015 I went for a biopsy at ZAH radiology, after I received my member statement I saw that every thing was paid except for the biopsy itself. I phoned the medical aid and I was told I was suppose to have gotten an auth for the biopsy. I phoned ZAH radiology and they said that they have never for any biopsy phoned for auth it comes from msa. I checked the on-line brochure and the only biopsy mentioned is a breast biopsy that auth is required. After 2 emails one to customer services and the other to the complaints (no feed back from customer services) and now its yet another 2 weeks later and still no response.<br> <br>
