Netcare Plus Medical Scheme is a ****!

Netcare Plus uses agents to sell you products and services that they then in future deny. We took out a policy to cover my wife and I and stipulated to the call centre agent that my wife was pregnant and that we would like to add our son the moment he is born. The agent confirmed that this would be possible and that they would provide us with full cover should anything happen to our son. When we enquired, they refused to pay for our son and further more they refused to send us the recording of our call with their agent. I do not recommend these people at all as it is evident that they would leave you high and dry in a dire situation. Terrible service. Worst medical scheme out there!
