Netcare Complete lack of service

Their service is extremely good when signing up for Netcare Accident & Trauma plan, however should you wish to cancel its a completely different story, a nightmare to be honest. I have signed up on 07 June 2023, but the day after changed my mind and requested a cancellation on the 8 June 2023. It is 27 June 2023 and still have not received confirmation of cancellation, not even an acknowledgement. This is terrible service and makes me wonder if they had to cover medical expenses what a nightmare that would have been.
