Lies of NETCARE+ agents and Team leader
On the 12th i made a request for quote and on the 13th i spoke to Malibongwe and i took a cover for NETCARE+. He promised me that i will get my Policy via Email and card will come after 1st payment. To this day nothing came from the scheme.
On the 23/05/2024 i then requested another call since i didnt received anything as promised, i then spoke to Nikiwe Vuyeka who also took my details and promised samething as promised on the 1st call. No action was taken also on this attempt to this day.
on the 28/05/2024 i then received a call from Gomolemo Setshwane after another attempt and this time i spoke to her Team Leader (Nkululeko N***o) whom i vented on her and she also promised the same outcome as the 3 previous agents. To this day, i haven't received any from of communication from the organization.
