Kings Way Hosdpital Amanzimtoti bad servise

I am writing this and so disappointed they way Kingsway Hospital Amanzimtoti operates. I had a query that was written on their survey and it still not sorted as yet. Last week had to post here on hello peter no one borders to call. What kind of the Private hospital that doesn't care at all about their patient. At once I was told that hospital manager was going to call me and he/ she didn't . Please advise on how far I can take this query up to now. They are so heartless and unprofessional .
