Incorrectly charged and send off to ITC

I have been sent off to ITC for a debt that i am not liable for. I have been charged for an ambulance drive which my manager has been advised by one of their call centre agents that it will be covered by my primary care medical aid. I have not been advised when thye took my i will be charged for this huge amount of R5000. I have logged a complaint on their website but no-one has been in contact with me for months by their complaints department. Then i spoke to their accounts team that advised me it has nothing to to with them and they only collect payments. I was not even able to speak properly when they took me. When my colleague contacted them we were awaiting on the government ambulance but cancelled it due to their agent confirming that I ill not be charged. I requested the call to be listened to put yet again no-one contacted me with feedback of the timescale of investigation to be completed. Why should i be liable for an amount that i was advised would be covered and when they took me no-one confirmed that i will be charged. I feel this debt has been added to my name incorrectly and none of their departments is listening to be at all. I am appalled by the service I have received or the no-service that I have received. I feel this should be investigated and them to own up to their wrong doing and i want my name cleared due to this i will not be able to apply for a home loan or credit due to their lack of service and incorrect information provided. They have left me no choice but to deal with this matter this way as no one is listening to me at all.
