I would like to be refunded

I was not satisfied with the service I got today. Am 40 weeks 5days pregnant. I went for check up and see if I can be admitted. So I found out that my medical aid covers everything in the hospital but not the doctor. So they asked me to pay R800 for the doctor. I did that. I paid that amount just to see the doctor without no checks. They didn't even put me on a sonar scan nor check the baby's heart beat. But the doctor told me that they cannot assist as there's no gynecologist available. But why didn't they tell me that gynecologists are not available before I made the payment. So literally I paid for not being assisted, only to be told to go back home.
