Dont care attitude and very bad service

I was at Netcare Mulbarton last week and the service there still hasnt changed it is still bad as before if not worse. Whats worse is that sending complaints to the management team including their HQ makes no difference. Netcare just told themselves they are invincible that they dont even contact their patients when a complaint is raised and escalated to them. For years people of the south have been complaining about Mulbarton hospital but to date nothing has changed. I was shocked when paramedics also said to me to go to union hospital and leave mulbarton although closer and now i regret not listening to them as Id possibly Not be scar face as the doctor there would possibly have done a better job. Its said to see an organisation content to take money from VERY UNHAPPy patients. I wish we could have a nother private facility that gives Netcare a run for their money as they are really complacent
