disgusted and angry mother

I took my sick child to primecure clinic yesterday and he was refused medical care all because he is in his father's medical aid and his father has never ben to that place. I explained to them I had the medical aid details on my phone and they cant really expect me to go home with a sick child to get my phone so I could excess my email for his ID and letter alloaing us to use the medical aid. This is not the first time. Back in January whem my son was only 2months old they also refused to see him. Im very angry that anyone would refuse a child medical help. Im disgusted at this people Nd their rules to refuse young kids medical help.
