Claims not paid to supplier

Good day <br> <br> I would like to complain about Netcare Scheme Medical Administrator, Primemed!<br> We are a multi disciplinary group practice loaded by the BHF, eveythine we submit claims they phone to say they can not pay our accounts with the diffirent the******s on one account, we need to seperate. We can not seperate as it is one account per patient. All other medical aid pays us, is just Netcare that we struggle with. Its really pathetic.
