claims not paid, no response

Went into milpark emergency dept on the 26th February after having had difficulty in breathing and a severe chest pain. Blood tests were ran, xrays and scans done. 2 weeks after the ordeal, I'm faced with unpaid bills. Sent more than 2 emails to claims and complaints dept but still no response. I also had to again foot my s<br> on's meds bill as medical aid refused to pay. I resigned from netcare on 1st Feb but medical was covering me till the 29th Feb. This was by far the worst medical aid I've ever used and do not wish to ever be a member of.
