Bul**** by one of the stuff Sister Gugu & thr securities

My six months old premature baby is been hospitalized since Tuesday 21st of September 2021 and currently still here. I would like to report N17 Netcare Hospital Springs Ekurhuleni Gauteng for being bul**** by one of the nurses sister Gugu in Paediatric ward. She's bully, rude and arrogant. And one of the security by the name of Mhlongo called me" You Black people " and I was also insulted, harassed & threatened by Security Manager's wife ( Mr Mudau) I reported the matter to the Hospital Managers but ni actions has been taken so far. They are racial. The whites does not share the room with blacks they get a special treatment. So I need help as I'm paying a lot of money to get such a treatment. The management are failing me as well. Kindly assist me in this regard.
