BEWARE NETCARE (AMBULANCE) /BEST MED CONTRACT
Submitted private ambulance claim to BESTMED who referred me to NETCARE. NETCARE rejected claim: "patient decides not to go to hospital" = Patient WAS DEAD. Now their excuse is: "if patient did not want to go to hospital "for any reason" make sure you medical aid/ambulance services are in order.
