Bad service

I went to netcare Alberton around 19:22, to get assistance as i have unbearable chest pains. We got the to no one assisting us was only taken in for a doctor's room @23:30 which was a four hours wait in the wating room.. Am weak can't eat and coughing with unbearable chest pains, in the doctors room i waited for 2 hours again with no assistance that time the bed was uncomfortable, with no pillow and blanket. To be told that am number 3 to be seen by the doctor that time the person am with must go to the office...

And the nurses are having fun playing as if we are not in the rooms. I left with out getting any assistance.

The overall treatment at the hospital is pure bull. To be honest even public hospital are better.
