Unprofessional service!

I placed my order 15 December, I was told my order will be processed in the new year. It's now 17 January, still not received anything. There's no communication from them, I've been asking for updates and every time they have another excuse!!!! The last message sent to me they said courier should have delivered it first week of January!! So it seems my parcel is just missing and netcanvas does not give a damn!
