The designers don'y know what they are doing

I had to basically edit my own pics and tell the designers what to do. Thanks to a former employee, Justin, who was the middleman between me and the designers, I eventually got nice prints. Unfortunately, I have overlooked one cropped photo (I don't know why they did that, after our heated emails that they should not do it anymore) and now I am stuck with a photo of someone with 2 heads. There is no argument or getting my money back because I had to see it (on my phone, which shows a very small photo because my laptop was at the shop) and I will now have to look at it forever on my family tree. Beware if you want a collage on a canvas.
