Terrible service.

The service is terrible. I placed my order on 17 November 2024. They were supposed to send mock ups for me approve, they didn't. I called them on 26 November and sent them and I approved on the same day. Called them on the 5th of December to find out if they shipped and they claim I never responded to the email. It's the last time I'm using them. I mean I've ordered other things online (from China) on the same day and received them along ago and these ones are in Durban but still not shipped.
