NETCANVAS HAS BEYOND POOR SERVICE

I made an enquiry regarding a poster. I got the quotation and paid which included delivery. The mock up I received was not what I had requested. Upon which on the 21st of December 2023 I requested a refund due to being unhappy regarding their mock up, which was not to my specification.

They sent me a refund policy which states I will receive response in 7 days. Almost a month later, I have received neither my refund nor communication

They respond swiftly until they receive payment. I even had to inquire regarding the order number.
