NetCanvas false advertising

I order canvases and scrolls from them. They had to redo the Canvases as the A0 had no back support and they were extremely flimsy. The scrolls didn't look anything like what they advertised. Jason apologized and promised to send me scrolls that looks like the actual adverti*****t. To date I haven't received any update on when I can expect the correct scrolls. I even requested for a refund. I am blatantly ignoredby NetCanvas. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
