Losing a customer at a bargain price worth it?

I ordered one of their combo deals online for a very reasonable price. Their feedback on thr status of anything was really slow. When I received my order a week and a half later, one of my canvasses were torn on the side, and half of my canvasses had what looked like oil stains on them. I contacted them via their whatsapp nr and left a review on Facebook. Feedback was instant on that. With promises that this will be rectified and that I need to get in contact with them. After removing my review on Facebook, there's no response on how this will be rectified still. Terrible customer service regarding feedback and lousy customer care towards a first time client. Won't make use of their services again.
