Horrible after sale service

We received our order on 18 Dec 2024, which we were very happy with as it was in time for Christmas as intended. However when we opened up the order we discovered that one of the prints was completely wrong, I have sent several emails, tried calling as well as messaged on their WhatsApp number but I haven't received any feedback at all.

This is not our first order but this is the first time we have experienced issues.

I am happy to change my review when I get some answers back. But until then this will stay up.
