Extremely Disappointing Experience with Netcanvas

I recently ordered the 10-piece combo from Netcanvas, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After waiting a staggering two weeks for delivery, I finally received my canvases today, but the journey to get them was riddled with issues.

First and foremost, communication was severely lacking. I had to take the initiative to reach out through WhatsApp to get updates, but the agent I spoke with was not only unhelpful but incredibly disrespectful. It’s disheartening to encounter such a poor level of customer service when all I wanted was some clarity on my order.

While I can acknowledge that the canvases themselves turned out beautifully, the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth. In comparison, I have previously ordered from Canvas & More, and their service has always been exemplary. The contrast couldn't be more clear.

Moreover, despite explicitly stating that I did not require any mock-ups for approval—since I regularly purchase canvases—the team still sent them anyway. This oversight added unnecessary delays to my order and further illuminated their lack of attention to detail.

In today's fast-paced world, waiting two whole weeks for a simple delivery is simply unacceptable. I had high hopes for Netcanvas but will regrettably not be returning as a customer. More reliable service can be found elsewhere, and my loyalty will now lie with Canvas & More. Save yourself the trouble and choose a vendor that values their customers and communication.
