Disappointed by Netcanvas

I'm really disappointed with the lack of service and communication. I placed an order on the 25 February 2024, it was partially delivered on the 4th March 2024, I sent a mail immediately to inform them of the missing item as the order was a gift. They then responded on the 5th and claimed they would deliver in due co****. I followed up on the order on the 16 April 2024, and to date , my order is not complete and haven't received a refund for the missing item, nor the balance of what's outstanding.

I disappointed as I never had problems with my previous order, and hope you'll redeem yourselves from this.
