*********** company that is in a perpetual state of confusion

Don't bother using their services. They are extremely unprofessional, *********** and in a perpetual state of confusion. I have had 5 different issues when placing 2 orders with them these past 2 months and their orders take forever to get there.

On 12 April 2023, I found their page via a Facebook advert. I subscribed to their mailing list so that I can get R100 off of my first order with them. I was ordering a gift for my brother who's birthday was on the 27 April, along with a small appreciation gift for my loved ones. I added their 3 x A4 canvases for R199 and 6x magic mugs at R99 each to my shopping cart then got an email ad from them stating they had a special whereby I'd get the 3 canvases for R150. I clicked on the link and it took me to their page so i removed the 3xR199 canvases and replaced it with the 3xR150 canvases. I was about to place my order but then the coupon they emailed me was not working. I whatsapped them and they advised me that I could place the order via Whatsapp & email the pictures. i gave them the information then they advised me that the cost is R603.00 (6 mugs @ R594.00 - R100 discount + R109 shipping fee). I paid & emailed them the photos. They reached out to me & advised that they forgot to add the 3xcanvases to the order. I advised them that (R99 x 6 mugs) + 3xCanvases @ R150 = R744 and R744 - R100 off free order - R109 shipping fee so the balance should be R41. since you get free shipping for orders over R699. They insisted that R594.00 (6 x magic mugs) + R199.00 (3 x A4s) = R793.00 - R100.00 discount = R693.00 and requested I pay the R90 difference. I showed the email they sent me where the 3 canvases were R150 and gave them the link for it that took them to their page and they confirmed seeing the special but they refused to honour it stating that their was an error on the website. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund then all of a sudden they were willing to proceed with my order.

16 April 2023 I reached out to them and asked them if they could make one of the mugs a left handed mug whereby the image faces the when person when they drinks with their left hand (like it would if they was right handed) because I saw something at Canvas and More for left handed mugs. I sent them a picture of which specific mug I wanted to be a left handed mug and showed them images of how I wanted the mug to be and how I did not want the mug to be. They advised that they will check if my order has been printed as yet, as if it has been done then they cannot make the change. They never got back to me. The order shipped 24 April 2023

I received my order 2 May 2023, opened the box & noticed that all my cups were made into left handed cups instead of just the one cup. I reached out to them advising them of what happened and as usual the person responding to the whatsapp messages had no clue regarding who I was despite the messages still being in the same conversation so I had to explain what my query was even though I had already sent them screenshots of the previous messages and referred them to the messages in the converation by quoting the messages. They told me they would escalate my query to their factory to get the issue rectified then reached out on 3 May again stating that they had a look into my order and my mugs had already been printed, that is why they were all done the same way, so Netcanvas could not change them around due to the fact that they had been printed prior to my request

On 14 May 2023 I placed an order for 4 magic mugs via the website because I received an email from them offering me free shipping. Netcanvas sent me an email on 15 March offering me 20% off my next order and stating that I could have my order shipped together. I reached out to Netcanvas to take them up on the offer and asked them to add 1 more magic mug to the order and provided them with the image I wanted for the 5th mug. They told me that its only 1 coupon per order which was fine cuz I wanted the 5th mug anyway. I received my order on 24 May and guess what? All the mugs were right handed mugs (meaning that their previous BS story about me submitting my request for 1 mug to be left handed in my previous order too late was a lie. They also printed my email signature on the 5th mug instead of the picture I sent them via email. They offered to redo the mug, but why on earth would anyone in their right mind want to continue doing business with a company that continuously proves itself as *********** and dishonest.
