Canvas prints

The worst customer service ever! I placed my order on 28 November 2024, no way of tracking my order, 10 days later I emailed them to see how far my order is. They then emailed me mockups which I gave the go ahead. Today is 17 December and I still haven't received my order. They advertise 10 day turnaround times. They are way over due on my order. Not happy with their service and communication at all. I have tried other canvas printing businesses and NEVER had this problem. Will definitely not make use of their services again.
