Rude receptionist at Netcampus fourways

I just had a terrible experience from the receptionist at 13:00 today on landline *** .she is so rude and arrogant .I phoned to enquire about a missed call from the company ,when I asked what company was that ,she asked me why ? When I explained to her the reason for my call she cut me off .I made 3 more calls after that,each time she picks up and hangs up . That's no way to operate a business ,I'm wondering if she really should be where she is .how many other people has she been rude to ???? She is a disgrace to the company that's paying her salary.
