Useless service and unreasonable policies

<p>At NetCafe Pinehaven a new hospital I was told I cannot pay for my coke and chips as it was under R20.00. When I asked to speak to a managrr the women simply said she is not in and wont be in anytime today. How can there be a policy of a minimum purchase of R20.00 I am almost 100% sure this is against some kind of law especially as this is at a hospital. Why sell tgings for less than R20 if thats the minimum you can buy? Absolutely enraged by this asbyou wait hours for your loved ones while they in surgery and this is the only place to get food in the hospital. Never going back to this Hospital again because of this </p>
