Unnaceptable Service and food

I was in hospital over a four day period and my wife got toasted sandwiches on two occasions which were burnt, upon approaching them, there was a don't care attitude.<br> Today I went for post op and decided to have breakfast with my mom there. Firsly the coffee came and my mom said she ordered hot milk and not cold,the waitress proceeded to argue with her instead of just go and put in the microwave,Then we ordered burgers and was told sorry, no beef only chicken,my mom decided then on a cheese omelette which came and was disgusting,the eggs were blue indicating the omelette was made earlier , anyway we sent it back and again a no care attitude, we asked for the bill and was charged for the cheese, by then we had had enough, SORT THIS OUT AS YOU ARE GOING TO GET BUSY ONCE THE ESTATE IS UP AND RUNNING
