Sour cream in cappuccino

I ordered a cappuccino with cream from Netcafe Linmed, and the cream was sour! Ask the lady for a new cappuccino without cream, she took a s**** to take off the cream with an attitude abd took a cloth to wipe the inside of my take away cup. When I asked her did she just put the cloth in my cup she said No with an attitude! This is unacceptable and inappropriate.
