Disappointing NETCAFE service
As a customer, patient, single mother with 2 toddlers and as a person of colour, I had a very disappointing experience at NETCAFE Greenacres hospital.
Firstly, we arrived and had to wait 15mins before assisting ourselves to menus during a very quiet time during working hours in the week. We placed a simple order of drinks only, and waited another 15 mins before it arrived... Overlooking all of this as we are people who prefer not to complain but take our business elsewhere...
Vishanti (manager) was very unsympathetic, uncooperative and unfriendly when my little ill toddler had a slight medical accident of bringing up a bit on the floor after his doctor appointment. We politely asked them to kindly assist us in cleaning up or alternatively call the hospital cleaners as my son and I had to rush to the bathroom as he was ill... She blatantly refused and threw a serviette at us and said we must do it ourselves...
The staff follow suit of the managers instructions and she requires intense training or perhaps the HR industry doesn't seem fit.
This is a very unacceptable and unexpected experience especially at a hospital.
