Cold, Frozen Quiche at Netcafe, Unitas

NetCafe Unitas - I ordered a mushroom and chicken quiche (for take away) - the assistant asked me if I like it warmed up? Really? She put it in the microwave for a few moments and handed me a cold and FROZEN quiche? The manager noticed the problem and told me that FAMOUS BRANDS want them to keep the food frozen and then warm it up before serving. The quiche went back in the microwave for a few minutes. The chicken was like dried wood and tasteless. Shame on you Netcafe for the poor service and FAMOUS BRANDS for the bland, tasteless and expensive food!!!
