Bonitas is unreliable

My son joined Bonitas Boncap on 01.04.2021 and has been a struggle from the start. They deducted a double contribution on 01.04.2021 and we requested a refund which apparently was initiated on 15.04.2021 and would take 7 working days. With holidays reckoned in it is now more than seven working days and money is still not paid. I will be posting n negative review on all media platforms as I want the world to see just how bad the service is and you play with clients hard earned money.

Bonitas is unreliable and ***********. I regret that I chose Bonitas to take care of my health needs and will not be advising anyone to use Bonitas
