Terrible and pathetic

Terrible and pathetic. Still struggling to get my car fixed after 18 months. Dealing with *********** people and at my wits end with trying to get my car fixed. AVOID. Delay tactics week in and week out. Also refuse to pay to have my car fixed at competent people who have assessed my car correctly.
