Pathetic Service

Pathetic service from Netassess. I was supposed to be briefed on the investigation of my claim. The insurance called me and could not give me an explanation as to why my claim was declined because there was no conclusive report from Netassess to the extent that they had to call Netassess for an explanation while i was on hold. Congratulation Netassess, Discovery Insure is now losing a client.
