Netassess Poor company

I was in a accident august 2020 and my car was hit on the front right side. My car was inspected by Netaccess from August 2020 untill now Januarie 2021 about 9 times now and each time my car is send back for something new. The inspectors from Netaccess is seriously bad and useless uswell as their managers nobody does their job and if you call you are on the phone for about 20-30 min just to talk to someone usefull. Now the last time that i took my car in for yet another problem that was 5 January 2021 myself the insurance and body repair people are waiting for approval from Netaccess for 7 days now just to get approval to fix the shocks. From the accident the amount for fixing the car is over R130000 where they just could have write the car off and all this issues could be avoided. The car haven't even got 12000 km on the clock and its a 2019 model i am paying a car that i didnt drive for 6 months now.
