Netassess is unfair and pathetic.

I had to claim from Discovery Insure.The quote for repairs was handled by Netassess. Without having seen the vehicle they lowered the amount to such an extent that it can not be repaired. Numerous calls and emails have had no result. This has been going on for a month. Netassess flatly refuses to give a fair assessment of the damage. I even got a second quote from a different company which also states that the damage is far more than the assessment. The whole setup stinks.
