NetAssess is pathetic in my opinion.

I had a claim for a vehicle for which the repairer sent a quote to Netassess. The quote to repair was for R46 537.82. Netassess arbitrarily lowered the amount to R16 451.45 without even having seen the vehicle. This was sent to Discovery Insure and is now the amount they are prepared to pay. Numerous emails and phone calls yielded no result. I appreciate that many people try to de***** insurance companies, but I was totally honest and transparent. Currently my vehicle has been at the repairer for two weeks with no solution in sight.
