Don't expect much from them.

On Monday someone phoned me saying another person will be in contact to arrange an assessment of my vehicle. Forward to Thursday, no one called so I HAD TO PHONE THEM, just for them to tell me that they don't do assessments in my area and that it will have to be done digitally.

I then sent them everything they requested, both on whatsapp and on email - simply - IGNORED. Like a stop-sign.

As someone who worked in insurance... bad - just so bad.
