ALTER REPORTS AND DOESN`T PAY OUT!! NO CLIENT SERVICE!!!??

Busy from January for a car theft Case where my car got a report from Durbanville Coachworks. Momentum and Netasses altered this report and where my cables(LOOM) was ****** out with my light that was on Durbanville Coachworks report. On Momentum and Netasses Report they took the loom cabling of that makes my car electronics work. THIS IS ***** AND A ******** OFFENCE!~!! I took my car back to Durbanville coachworks for a total strip and re-assessment. About 20 pictures was taken to show and proof of the Loom and Light. NOW MOMENTUM IS LOOKING FOR EXCUSES TO NOT PAY OUT FOR THE LOOM!!??? ALSO NOT GETTING BACK TO ME AT ALL?????? PHONE CALL AFTER PHONE CALL AND STILL MY CAR IS STANDING STILL AND BECAUSE THERE IS A SHORT MY ELECTRONICS IN ALSO GETTING DAMAGED. THEY WANT TO BLAME IT ON A PREVIOUSE REPAIR THAT WAS DONE ON THE CAR???? THESE ARE SHARKS AND LOOKING FOR ANY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY OUT!!!!!

TILL DATE MY CAR HAS NOT BE REPAIERED AND MOMENTUM DON`T WORRY ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL!!!!! I JUST WANT MY CAR BACK AS IT WAS!!!!!????

NO CLIET SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!! JANUARY TO MARCH AND MORE DAMADGES CAUSE THROUGH MOMENTUM!!!!!!
