Unreliable drop ship company

Ordered bird netting with a 6-12 working days delivery option. The nets arrived in SA after 15 working days. Emailed and asked why is is delayed after 24 working days - only received an auto-reply. Next day I mailed again and cancelled the order. Only then received a response - will check with the couriers. 66 working days later it is still at the distribution office. Nedbank reversed the charges...
