Good products but was not made aware that the purchase would incur import costs

Extensive range of sporting equipment and the quality of the item I purchased was good. HOWEVER....be warned....despite the fact that the website is .co.za and all the prices are given in ZAR this company is not based in South Africa and you will be sent a bill for import fees by the courier and not receive any warning about this until the item is already shipped. I complained to the company but they said it is in the fine print that import fees will apply if shipping is outside of the UK. You will only read this if you actively click on a link to open information about international shipping - which I did not because I had been led to believe by everything else on the website that the item would be shipped from within SA. I was also charged an international exchange fee by my bank for the purchase. So just keep in mind the price shown at the check out is not what you will end up paying.
