PAID NET VERKOELING FOR AN AIR CONDITIONER THAT THEY NEVER CAME AND INSTALLED

Albertus van Vuuren from Net Verkoeling is a **** and a *****! I paid him R4548.00 on the 10th of June to install an air conditioner. I was to pay him a further R992.00 cash when he came to install it, but had to pay the R4548.00 up front or according to him Jet Air would not give him the air conditioner. He was supposed to come the next day to install the air conditioner, but he told me Jet Air had no stock of the air conditioner. Upon phoning up Jet Air, they told me that is a lie because it's winter time and I'm welcome to look in their store room, they have plenty of the units that I paid for. To cut a long story short, seven weeks later he has NOT installed the air conditioner and has not refunded my money. I'll give it to Albert, he has lots of excuses, his wife put the money in the wrong account. He's in the queue at the bank, he's at the farm, he'll sort it out the next day, give him 10 minutes, he'll sort it out... Still, I am waiting for him to refund me the R4548.00 because he now doesn't want to install the air conditioner, but... after two weeks of him promising to refund me, all I have to show for it are loads of w/app messages of excuses. Albert, you owe me R4548.00 that I paid for an air conditioner that you not only never came to install, you never purchased from Jet Air. I will be laying a charge of theft against you. You asked me to remove this comment from your Facebook page as it was bad for business, which I did, you promised to pay me a third of my money back over three Thursdays, to date, not a sent has been paid back. You're a **** and a *****.
