Worst assessment company in South Africa

As a broker's assistant that deals with this company almost daily... I am horrified by the amount of trouble Net Assess causes our clients and us. The assessments are not accurate. The assessors do not care if their assessment is correct or not. Furthermore, they are almost impossible to get a hold of when they need to tend to a mistake on their side. Phoning clients to do their own assessments is also very unprofessional. Why can't insurance companies go back to using private assessors? Going out to see a vehicle's damage in person gives the company a much better estimate of parts needed or work to be done.

All in all, Net Assess is just a money-hungry, useless company that doesn't care about its clients' needs.
