Unwilling and unreliable

Boy...where should I begin. I will try to keep this short and to the point.

I was involved in a motor accident a year ago. Being a client of Discovery, Net Assess was used to execute my claim. Apart from "Bens panel beaters" doing an awful repair job on my car Net Assess was unhelpful in defending me as "their" client. At the end of the day Net Asses turned against me and sided with the *********** panel beater and left me stranded with bills I should not pay ???
