Terrible Assessors

At this very moment they will get the worst rating only because there isn't an option to not give a rating at all. I was involved in a bumper bash. The only visible damage to the front of the car was clearly that the number plate was bent. This was not clear to the assessor, as they quoted for some old scratch to be fixed. When I finally got a hold of the quote and saw that they clearly did not check the engine because the engine fan must have been broken by the sound of it and the car leaked fluid at the scene. I phoned the assessor who then apologised and said he would phone the company where the car was at and tell them that they have to check the engine.

Why was the customer not phoned and asked what actually happened if they couldn't see damages to the car on the outside. Also what would have happened if I didn't see the quote and noted that they clearly did not check the inside of the vehicle?

I would have arrived only to find a scratch free bumper but a bent number plate and an engine which would have possibly over heated on my way home.

Also, who was the person who signed off on the assessors work. This means that person is just as *********** as the people below him?
