Stay far away from Net Assess

Do yourself a favour, if your insurance company sends to Net Assess, insist on another assessment centre. They do not do a thorough assessment, omit items off the assessment report that they send through, refuse to go out to do a 2nd assessment and in general, delay the process. 5 weeks later and Net Assess still the main problem in the claim process.
