Shocking response and excuses and delays. I am a horrified Discovery Insure client. I have spent over half an hour at a call center and have been waiting 5 days for an assessment to be done. Discovery would do well to fire this company. Actually, this review should probably be on DISCOVERY for appointing such a poor provider.
